Services

Earnest AI Automation LLC provides marketing, automation, website, and communication services for small businesses, including websites, CRM setup, appointment booking, AI voice and chat tools, and automated messaging. Specific deliverables and pricing are defined in the agreement or plan you select.

Communications

By contacting us or submitting your information, you agree we may communicate with you by email, phone, and — where you have opted in — SMS text message. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

Payment

Fees for ongoing plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and are due in advance. Plans continue until cancelled. Specific terms, revisions, and scope are set out in your service agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt our systems.

Intellectual Property

Content and materials we create remain our property or that of our licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain rights to content you provide to us.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earnest AI Automation LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
